This Does Not Exist! If our School Board had a plan, then there would have been no need for a Special Bond request - it would have been taken care of already.
Many Board Members have served for many years (8 - 12). If you listen to the recorded meetings, they have been all over the map talking 100 M, 70M, 50M, Building this, adding on that, building a bus garage then not building a bus garage.
They do not even know what to address first and how to prioritize. If this Bond passes, they do not have a plan ready to go! If they had a plan, then tell me why we spent 100,000, 200,000, or 300,000 (who knows) to issue a special bond request.
